Themed Mindfulness Plan
These sessions are specifically by our meditation coach Zakiya Dharsi to help regulate the nervous system and improve cognitive function, connection with our internal compass resulting in improved overall wellbeing both in personal and professional settings.

Week 2 Exploring Curiosity
Week 3 Grounding
Week 4 Awareness
After the first 4 weeks, there is an option to continue with themed practice on an ongoing basis.
