Lily is a Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist providing corporate talks and guidance across a range of topics for health optimisation.

Lily has obtained a degree from Newcastle University and a Nutritional Therapy Diploma from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition.

Lily's extensive knowledge of the science of food and health has enabled her to feature on ITV's prime time series Save Money : Lose Weight and is a regular contributor to the Daily Mail, Cosmopolitan, and Women's Health magazines.

Megan has a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics and Doctorate in Gut Health.

She works as a Research Associate at King's College London and Consultant Dietician, speaking regularly across industry, media and private events.

Megan is a member of the London Circle European Leadership Platform Committee, and is working with Leon Restaurants on a Nationwide gut health initiative. Megan was also recognised as one of six new 'wellness stars' to watch in 2017 by Women's Health UK.

Rosie studied at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and graduated with a Nutritional Therapy Diploma in 2010.

Rosie specialises in fatigue and energy management because in 2014 she was diagnosed with adrenaline fatigue and knows what it is like to be so fatigued you cannot get out of bed.

Rosie regularly speaks at corporate and industry events, helping people recover from burnout and increasing their energy through good nutrition.
