Lily is a London Nutritionist who graduated from Newcastle University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Food and Human Nutrition (AfN accredited) where she was awarded with the Sage Faculty for Excellence Scholarship on an annual basis. She then went on to complete a 2 year post graduate Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and is currently working towards her MSc in Nutritional Medicine (AfN accredited) at the University of Surrey. Lily's extensive knowledge of the science of food and health, enables her to regularly write for The Times, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, The Independent, Women's Health and Cosmopolitan.

Her frequent TV appearances include ITV’s This Morning with Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, and ITV’s prime time series Save Money: Lose Weight with Dr Ranj Singh.


Jo cunningham

Jo is a Registered Dietitian and founder of Green Light Nutrition, an innovative dietetics business delivering services including 1:1 consultations, webinars, and workplace wellness education. Jo offers nutrition education sessions on topics including immunity, gut health, mental health, cancer prevention and digestive disorders.

Jo's previous experience combines clinical and leadership roles across NHS and private healthcare settings, including Clinical Director of a leading London clinic. Jo has regularly written articles featured in popular publications and national press including Stylist, Women's Health, Health & Wellbeing, The Sunday Times, and The Telegraph.

Rosie studied at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and graduated with a Nutritional Therapy Diploma in 2010.

Rosie specialises in fatigue and energy management because in 2014 she was diagnosed with adrenaline fatigue and knows what it is like to be so fatigued you cannot get out of bed.

Rosie regularly speaks at corporate and industry events, helping people recover from burnout and increasing their energy through good nutrition.
