The Values-Based Journaling Workshop is a guided wellbeing session that supports employees to slow down, reflect, and set intentional, values-led goals.

In fast-paced working environments, people often move from one objective to the next without pausing to reflect on what matters most to them. This session creates structured space for reflection, helping participants gain clarity, reduce mental load, and align their goals with their values — both professionally and personally.

Using simple mindfulness techniques and guided journaling prompts, participants are supported to:
