The Wellbeing Conversation for Managers Workshop

Equip Your Managers to Lead Wellbeing Conversations

Build Confident, Resilient Leaders

As organisations face growing demands, managers are expected to support their teams’ wellbeing — often without the tools or confidence to do so effectively. The Wellbeing Conversations for Managers Workshop is designed to equip leaders with practical skills to create psychologically safe spaces, foster connection, and build resilient teams.

About the Session

This interactive session helps managers develop confidence in having meaningful wellbeing conversations — both in team meetings and one-to-ones. Through guided practice, participants learn how to support their colleagues while promoting mental wellbeing, focus, and motivation.

Key elements include:

  • Psychological Safety: Understand how to create an environment where team members feel safe to be honest, vulnerable, and open.

  • Mindful Moments: Learn a simple, accessible mindfulness exercise to help teams remain calm, focused, and motivated, particularly during high-pressure moments.

  • Wellbeing Check-Ins: Practice the Rose, Rose, Thorn, Bud exercise — reflecting on two positive events, one challenge, and a future goal — to encourage authentic sharing, strengthen connections, and support team cohesion.
