Gratitude for Wellbeing Workshop
Cultivate Gratitude to Support Wellbeing
Build Resilience, Connection & Positive Workplace Culture
In fast-paced working environments, it can be easy to focus on challenges, pressures, and what needs to happen next. The Gratitude for Wellbeing Workshop introduces colleagues to the science and practice of gratitude as a simple, practical tool to support mental wellbeing, resilience, connection, and perspective.
About the Session
This interactive session creates space for colleagues to pause, reflect and recognise the positive aspects of their lives and work. Through mindfulness, guided reflection, discussion and journaling, participants experience practical gratitude exercises they can take beyond the session and incorporate into everyday life.
Key elements include:
Mindful Arrival & Breathwork: Simple techniques to help participants pause, regulate, become present, and create space for reflection.
Gratitude Conversations: A guided sharing exercise that encourages participants to recognise what they appreciate in their personal and professional lives while strengthening connection with colleagues.
The Science of Gratitude: Explore how regular gratitude practice can support mood, resilience, relationships, optimism, emotional wellbeing and a greater sense of perspective.
Gratitude Journaling: Guided reflections that help participants identify positive experiences, strengths, relationships and opportunities.
3-2-1 Gratitude Practice: A simple daily practice: 3 things you’re grateful for, 2 people who positively impacted your day, and 1 thing you’re looking forward to tomorrow.
Gratitude & Kindness: Explore how expressing appreciation and recognising others can strengthen relationships and contribute to a more positive workplace culture.
