Demos has 16 years' of experience as a certified personal trainer, Boxercise and group fitness coach, his focus is to reach out to people of all ages and sizes, to help them find their optimum health and wellbeing, and most importantly get that all-round feel-good vibe.
Today he works the whole spectrum, from running online fitness classes to group sessions in several wellbeing gyms, and corporate environments.
Using Boxercise as a base, he will take you on a journey, to invigorate, de-stress, strengthen mentally and physically and to bring out a new confidence out in all of you.
