Ben is a London based aerial and vinyasa flow yoga teacher with a background as a fighter and ultra marathon runner.

Ben's approach to yoga asana focuses on physical alignment and creating efficient progress in the yoga asanas. Classes are also a practice in bodily alchemy - how we can manipulate neuro transmitters, our nervous system and changed biochemistry with different poses.

Ben's classes tend to include hand balancing and core activation in an energetic flow that is accessible for all levels.

Sam started her journey in yoga, meditation and wellbeing through nutrition more than 20 years ago sparked by a desire to avoid major surgery for a digestive problem that had plagued her through her teens and early twenties. She found effective solutions that traditional medicines hadn't offered and this became her passion.

Unusually Sam is a yogi with a well-established meditation practice and passion for wellness, amidst the hustle and bustle of City life where she's been an entrepreneur and built a strong career in Risk and Regulation in Banking. This gives Sam a unique perspective on deploying these ancient wisdoms within modern city life.

paula ferguson

Paula was drawn to yoga as a way to connect inwards in a busy lifestyle. She has since done teacher trainings in Montreal, Canada as well as in London.

Paula incorporates breath work principles into her practice, while offering flow classes that leave the body, mind and spirit feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

She is a RYT Certified Instructor that believes yoga is not only a practice for all, but a way to build a collective and community.
