Get in shape and make new friends with the Weekly Social Run
FREE Run Club at The Bower Building, Old Street every Wednesday, we meet in the lounge area from 6:00pm for a 6:15pm prompt start and 5-10K run and boot camp around the city.
We are also considering a new lunchtime run club at the same location on Wednesdays if we get sufficient interest.
You must be able to run for at least 30 minutes without a break in order to join us, all levels welcome.
