Get in shape and make new friends with the Weekly Social Run
FREE Run Club at The Bower Building, Old Street every Wednesday lunchtime, we meet in the lounge area at 12:00pm for a prompt warm up and 5K run around the city.
You must be able to run for at least 30 minutes without a break in order to join us, all levels welcome.
