James has been teaching for 5 years and holds his level 3 Classical Mat Pilates, Classical diploma, TRX certificate and Yoga qualifications.

James loves to bring a fun and flowing element to the class with plenty of energy and charisma. Focusing on the mind body connection to get the body moving and rocking with great emphasis on alignment and balance.

James teaches at two of the leading London Reformer Pilates Studios, Tempo Pilates and Move Your Frame. He also regularly takes corporate and one-to-one sessions.

aisha tannahill

Aisha is a BASI qualified Pilates teacher. She has 10 years of experience working as a personal trainer for London's corporate and high end clientele.

Having made the move to the big smoke from Christchurch, New Zealand in 2008, she has been using her passions of people an fitness to carve her career in London's corporate and luxury fitness industry.

Aisha works part time in a Pilates clinic in Kensington, teaming up with some of the city's best physiotherapy and osteopathic clinicians working together to assist clients on their rehab journey.
